Kansuiro 环翠楼

Date: May 15, 2011

We finally arrived at Odawara station from a 2 hour Shinkansen ride from Osaka. Taking a taxi to our lodging area, Kansuiro, recommended by a Japanese friend.

The room is very spacious, and the balcony overlooking the river... So, the river sounds is very pleasant.

Kay is enjoying the cold breeze....

Yes Jay, of course is a bit cold, sitting by the windows, later when we go Onsen, then you won't feel cold.

The river is behind those trees...

Kansuiro is one of the oldest building in Hakone.

Every building you see here has something to do with Onsen.

Inside Kansuiro, there area lot of rooms, one outdoor onsen, family onset, as well as the usually onsen bathroom...

We drank the water from the stream...

Behind Kansuiro...

Ah... It's night time, the comfortable futon are prepared....

Ok, the room is comfortable, and the bed is nice, the scene is nice, the settings is good... But why the price is so expensive? It is the full course breakfast and dinner that cost money... Later I will blog what I ate for the two days stay there...
