Whole Baby Abalone, Sea Cucumber, Shark’s Fin, Fish Maw, Goose Web, Pig’s Trotter, Prawns, Scallops, Dried Oyster, Flower Mushroom (replaced by abalone mushroom), Dace Fish Ball, Sea Moss, White Radish, Beancurd Skin, Roasted Duck, Preserved Meat Sausage, Liver Sausage, Black Fungus, Fried Yam, Chinese Cabbage, Braised Chicken Wing, Sea Kelp, Eel, Wolfberries and Marinated Squid Ring.
OK... Comparing 2012 Vs. 2011 - OK. Seems like the bowl is slightly bigger than last year. OK. That is a good sign.
For those newcomer... This is comparing 2012 Vs. 2010. HaHaHaHa... Last year, when we took our Pen Cai, we almost wanted to faint. Coz it has downsized.
So, you put all the three Pen Cai from 2012, 2011 & 2010 together, this is what you get.
Also, the Yu Sheng is very little. I think only 5 pieces of salmon fish. So, I got to go and buy more salmon and o-toyo to 捞鱼生!
