We bought a new camera for Jay Jay on Boxing day. This is the underwater shot taken using that camera.
Before, Jay uses a Olympus uTouch camera. However, that camera is about 4 years old. And it is time to upgrade to a better, higher resolution and HD quality video camera. This camera will be transfered to Kay Kay. :) This is the older camera.
This is the new camera we bought for him.
We bought a red one. Looks very sleek. And it comes with Leica lense.
The most important feature why we bought the camera for Jay Jay is:
1. 12m Water Proof. We can take under water photo, movies.
2. Up to 2m Shock Proof. In case if he dropped the camera, chances for the camera to survive is higher.
We don't need Freeze Proof, and I don't think we need the GPS which will eat up battery. But it is nice feature to have.

Btw, the camera is easy to use.
1. On/Off Button.
2. Camera shot button (Big Button).
3. If you want to take video, the red button.
It says "Leica DC VARIO-ELMAR 1:3.305.9/4.9-22.8 ASPH" Not sure what it meas.
POWER O.I.S/28mm WIDE.
This is a great camera for family outing by the pool, beach, etc. It is also great for the kids. As if they drop the camera, sometimes they do, at least you wont feel pain. :)
