Two of my Malaysian & Thailand partners are in town. So, as usual, we brought them to good food.
Again... What sort of person who won "Top Wines Sommelier of the Year 2011" award ... and put his trophy in the toilet?
Only Max. Hahahaha
Today's appertizer... is bread and melted cheese ... It is very tasty and smooth... I like it! Especially the top portion that is a bit burnt.
Within minutes... 4 hungry person empty the cheese. By the way, we managed to book the second slot, which is 9PM and yes, we are having our dinner late.
The next appertizer is Frog Leg. The meat is taste like Chicken meat. Wonderful. My Thai friend like it a lot.
The frog is not small... This is a new dish I tried here in the restaurant.
And Max recommended a Rhone Valley blended red. This is exactly the wine that Malcolm match me to for my character. I tasted it, very nice mid palate, and good finishing, easy drinking with lots of complex aroma. Nice.
And then, another new dish we tried... The pork neck ... wow.

Again... magnifying... Pork neck meat...
Of course, how can we do it without the Cote du Beouf
It is always our favourite beef...
And Max recommended something fruity to go with it, as my weak Malaysian friend wants something sweet for the wine.
A table wine from French of course.
We had good time drinking...
And we had good time eating too...
A wonderful dinner! Splendid.
