This is a ceramic knife.
It is very sharp. In my opinion, I don't like the feel of cutting meat with a Ceramic Knife. It is too light. But, I will tell you one reason why you need it.
When you cut ONIONS with Ceramic Knife, you will have lesser tears. So, that is one great reason why you want to have it.
