Date: Dec 3, 2011
It's been a few days since we brought the tree home. I think it has settled in well. Morning always gives you the pine wood smell. Of course, don't forget to put ice into the based. The Christmas tree drinks cold water.
Since the tree this year is smaller... So, we need to use only 4 strips of LEDs.
Let's recycle one of the decors. It shall be purple again this year. It gives a very smooth feeling to the home.
Let's put the lights onto the tree first.
The first LED stripe is up and running!
This year, I have a little helper. Jay Jay!
He is so happy that I let him touch the LEDs.
Mommy used to do this, but I let him do it this year!
Kids, don't play with electricity, ok? Zap Zap Zap!
Father and Son finally put up all the LEDs on to the tree.
Jay Jay felt very proud putting up the LEDs.
Just need to rearrange some of these plugs. Label it.
The Christmas tree with the lights on.
Do you know that Mommy and Daddy picked all these pine wood nuts up during our trip to Gold Coast.
And then mommy and daddy painted them gold. We have lots of them. (How did they carry it back in their luggage)...
These has been used as a decor for straight 10 years!
PaPa... I am tried already. Can you help to put this onto the tree?
No. Huh? Why no?
OK lah!
Looks very nice now.
This year tree is just nice. Last year one is simply too tall, almost hit the fan.
OK, tomorrow will buy some more decors to touch up a bit.
We have a pair of butterflies.
Huge butterfly hanging on the tree.
Most of the decors are in purple color.
Everything just matched the purple color.
We have a not so angry bird.
We have the bell.
We have the ball.
The tree is just fantastic.
The tree is ready for party.
My mom loves the purple Christmas Tree.
Jay Jay loves the tree too.
Of course, how can we forgot about the angry bird.
Here comes the blue birds.
Let's light up the tree!
