We supported EARTH HOUR.
This year, we did not go out and enjoy other people's air con. :) Instead, we stay at home, and enjoy the candle lights.
We bought IKEA's candles.
We used tall flower vase (glass) and place the candle in there.
We have prepared lots of candles lights.
8:26PM We have power down most of the lights. I powered down my NAS.
8:28PM - The fish tank is out of lights, CO2, and Oxygen. Hopefully the fish can survive the earth hour.
8:30PM - All lights are off except for the candle lighs as well as the Mickey Mouse concert lights. (Blue is Jay Jay, Ping is Kay Kay).
The balcony has a candle light too.
We played lots of things in the dark. But the funniest one is this.
It's JayJay turn to play with his shadow hand.
9:04PM - all powered resumed.
During the powerless hour, I also used this torch light. Yes, you need to spin the lever for 30 rounds so to get 60 seconds of torch light power.
And it is from IKEA.
