Staycation @ MBS

Last week, on the same day when we go for NDP preview, we asked uncle Edwin to book a room in MBS for us.  We figured that if we walk to NDP, the kids will have lots of fun!  But the most fun came on the next day, when we visited the sky park.

At first, we thought the water will be dirty as we never see them cleaning the pool for so many times were we visit there (without swimming).  But surprisingly it is clean.

Of course, when you visit the Skypark, such a remarkable place, you need to prepare your camera gears, including the water protection for your iPhone, and so on.

And if can, let your kid also have a camera to point and shoot...

 

He likes to be a photographer.

And Jay Jay will be the photographer for me too.

See, my wife so happy with the Staycation's Skypark.  hahaha

He is really enjoying this...

and of course, they enjoyed splashing you too...

I must say, it is enjoyable.

Mickey Mouse Live!

This is our first Mickey Mouse Live show.

Of course, the kids are excited!

First, we need to fix our stomach.

Walk walk around, waiting for the show to start.  Hey, look!  Formula 1.

Times up!  And this is also our first visit to MBS Grand Theather too.  Let me see...  Door 8.

Are you happy?  Mr. Kay?

Ahh... the Mickey Mouse stage.

OK.  Kay may need to stand up and see.  But Jay should be OK.  The heights is just nice.

Actually, I don't found the theather big.  The stage is quite small.  Hmmm... why they called it a "Grand" Theather?

The show started... Here comes Mickey!

Here comes Donald, Goofy and Minnie.

All of them simply just enjoy it.

Ah... Pretty princess Jasmine...

Nice... The price and the princess on a magic carpet!

OK.  The kids start to give a fatique look.  Oh... 8:10pm.. it's their sleeping time... hahaha

Some one pressed the red button, and now the astroids keep flying into the audience seats...

We are in a astroids field.  And who do we need?

We need Buzz Lightyear!

And the finale... Mickey Mouse the rock star!

And that's it!

Short and sweet.  An 80-minutes Mickey Mouse Live performance.  Not too long, and not too bored.

My two boys love the show.  And I think we can certainly bring both to see the show next time, be it Mickey or other kinds of kids performance.  Blink blink .... our kids has grown up!
