Yet Another High School Gathering

Date: May 12, 12

For at least 3 years, we stucked together in the Science (3) class. A bunch of old friends get together today to enjoy the chit chating we used to have many many years ago.

Around 6pm. The table was setup for the guests.

My wife cooked Bak Kut Teh again.

As we have my son's friends birthday to attend to, so, I have designed a quick menu that I can cook every think within much lesser time. I only started cooking at 6pm. HaHaHaHaHa Amazing speed. 白斩鸡 in the make.

We have this nice gadget to filter away the layer of Bak Kut Teh oil.

Before the dinner, some appertizer for the folks.

Tonight, I have chosen the Miyakomojo Wagyu beef from Liang Court supermarket. This is the first time I use this meet, let's see how it goes. It's going to be too fatty. But Hubert's ran out of 400 days grain-fed beef.

But, tonight guests, includes 黄丽君 (right) and 陈爱莉 (left) who I have not seen after graduations. That was 24 years ago.

Also, we have 丁丽娟 who suddenly appeared and have a new born son.

Later at the night time, we also conference both 罗君好 (Germany) & 陈美美 (Hong Kong) using the greatest technology of all time, i.e. Skype & Facetime.

It's very fun to see all these folks again. It's a nice feeling.

This is every one who attended this party. 刘良才女儿和太太，林思虹，叶良，邹秀珠，刘良才，陈爱莉，me，赖锦文，黄丽君和女儿，韩美琴，丁丽娟和儿子和KS. All of us were in the same class for at least 3 years during the senior high school years in Foon Yew High School.

The usual session where we GOSSIP about almost everything. Wow...

It was very juicy, and after all these years, I did not know about all these gossips. But when the women are here, usually, we have the full versions.

I was thinking very hard, and almost did not know about the gossips.

And then, Low Chin How from Germany called in. And we successfully conference her in on my TV using Skype. It's nice to hear her voice. She is doing well (housewife). hahaha

Then, we have Chen Mei Mei from Hong Kong conferencing in using FaceTime.

It was very fun to have all these old classmates together and chit chat about almost everything.

High School Schoolmates Gathering #1 返老还童聚会

It was always fun, when you have a group of friends that had never seen each other for 24 plus years gathered together, and chit chat talk cock. :)

Although it is a small group gathering, but it is a big huge giant leap!

Around 2PM, these two ladies has arrived. Rose & Fiann.

And Rose is really enjoying dancing with my son.

Then, when we are tried playing Xbox, we have this.

And this. A Rose Champagne for Rose. HaHa

It's time for Mahjong!

And Yes! There is a dish that has not make it out. It is Red Wine Beef Stew. It taste so nice and fragrance. Until, someone (the cook) forgot to look at the fire (看火), and all the beef got burned. HaHaHaHaHa I tasted it before it got burned. It is very nice, and the Oyster Bay's Merlot brings out the red meat taste. I took one piece, then I went to play XBox and Mahjong, and then I end up have to throw this away. Haiz...

Then, most of them came ... Mahjong table got lots of fun noise... later we found out that Daniel, does not know how to play, but act like he is very expert like that and sit on the mahjong table and play with those experts. 哇哈哈！连冯伟杰也试模式样！

We need our most intelligent student to teach Daniel.

But it always ended with big laughter. Yeah right! 二三四万吃三万，打四万。一索补花。哈哈哈哈哈

The food is finally served.

My wife Pork Leg Vinegar has the most praise. It is indeed very good, I must say.

For those who wish to know how to make this... The secret is this Cuka Hitam sent from Setiawan on Monday night, and shipped to Singapore on Thursday. Two bottle of this. Plus Pig Front Hock from Giant Supermarket (IMM), and huge nice ginger. Ar yes, the mee-sua (面线) is FuChow mee-sua from Setiawan too.
