Bingo!

Date: Sep 6, 2011

What game will you play with your toddler before sleep.

You can try this. Bingo!

This is a very long game. Can play with 2 person or more people.

It'd very exciting game.

But beware that this is not suitable for kids below 3-4. As there is a lot of small parts.

Why he smile like that?

Oh. He just shouted "Bingo!"

It took us about 20-25min for a game. So it is fun, exciting and long lasting

Hip Kids Programme @ Forum The Shopping Mall

Date:  Aug 22, 2011

After Kegan's birthday party, the boys went up to Level 2, to the Hip Kids Club area.  It's been a long time we last visited there.  I think back in January.

IMG_0085.jpg

OK, It is only $15 per kid for 1-Year membership.  What do you get?  I think there, is this playground that you can let your kids play there while you read book, read iPad, play games, or you can spent time playing with the kids too.  :)

There is a website for you to look up for this info.

http://www.forumtheshoppingmall.com.sg/kidsclub.asp

Look at their membership cards, it is also new.  Just like the one from Best Denki.

IMG_0106.JPG

And hey!  Everything in the playgroup are mostly new.  They revamped the place!  The play house looks much better and safer, as you do not have to climb up and down for younger toddlers.

IMG_0087.jpg

OK.  They removed all the slides and replaced with the climbing stairs.  And it seems safer too.  and New too.

IMG_0088.JPG

How can this playground goes without a pool of colorful balls.  It is still there.  The only different is there is no slide to slide down into the pool.  OK, I giess it is more safety too in that way.

IMG_0089.jpg

There are more balancing beams.

IMG_0084.JPG

Instead of slide, they have this for your kids to climb.  I think they put too little the holding piece for the kids to climb.

IMG_0090.JPG

Jay always enjoyed lying on the plastic balls.

IMG_0091.jpg

Kay Kay loves it too.

IMG_0099.JPG

We spent a great 45 mins in the playground.  Just outside the playground.  We have the carousel.

You know, Kay loves this.  We spent $6 on this (3 rounds).

Go have fun there.  And you can let your children play there for unlimited hours.  However, I can see lots of parents just "dump" the kids there with the domestic helpers.  Please don't do that?  Try to have fun with your kids.  It is your kids, not the domestics helper's.  :)

Polliwogs & Justin's Birthday

Date: June 26, 2011

Jay Jay's friend, Justin has invited Jay Jay to go to his birthday party @ Polliwogs.  This is the second time Jay Jay been there.  And he already keep bugging me to hold his birthday party at Polliwogs.  And I am still thinking about it.. as this is the second birthday party @ Pollowogs for this year.  (Last time, Anerton's birthday party is also held here!)

But you got to admit it, it is a great place to hold party.  You got nice sea views, you got big area, and you got nice slides, not to dangerous, and you have nice food here too.  The New Zealand ice cream is also nice.

IMG_7415.JPGIMG_7416.JPG

I think Kay Kay also loves this place too, given the fact that he has slide down this slide for 10+ time.

IMG_7421.JPGIMG_7426.jpg

What is Jay Jay looking at?  Argh... the balls that float in the air... there is a strong air current blowing at the middle and you can actually place the ball on top of it, and the ball simple hangs and float around there... so, it becomes a perfect target for the air gun to shoot at...

IMG_7443.JPG

Ah... yes, its Justin's birthday today...

IMG_7446.JPG

Let's the game begin...

IMG_7499.JPG

Some kids just love dinosaurs...  Here is Justin's cake...

IMG_7506.JPG

Ok, we sit down already... where is the food?

IMG_7508.JPG

Jessica, Clare and Jay Jay... hmm, Jay Jay keeps putting a big smile in his face...

IMG_7523.JPG

Riandi's sister Gwensays... I want cake...

IMG_7533.jpg

Oh ya... Gwen is actually Kay Kay's classmate, and her brother, Riandi is Jay Jay's classmate... and guess what, the parents went to the same pre-natal course with us... and both mommy delivers at Mount Elizabeth... Quite a coincident...

IMG_7540.jpg

That concludes the fun time we had at Justin's Birthday @ Polliwogs.  And I am still thinking whether to grant Jay Jay's request to have his party at Polliwogs... hmmmm... hard decisions to make... let's see how la...

Let's Peek-A-Boo!

Date: April 22, 2011

It's Good Friday, a break for the parents and a fun day for the kids.  Today, we brought the kids to Peek-A-Boo again.

http://www.peekaboo.com.sg/about.php

It is located at Kallang Leisure Park.  It is a rather small kids playground, but it is much friendly in my opinion than the Bambini or others.  We used to have membership card for a year, then, they changed owner and name to Peek-A-Boo, and seems to be one of the very popular place.

Screen shot 2011-04-23 at AM 07.00.10.png

And the price is very reasonable.  Babies are free, parents are free.  12 months to 23 months is $10 and the rest of the kids is $14.  And it is UNLIMITED TIME.  Play until you are tired.

There are plenty of toys for the young infants.

IMG_5628.jpg

There is also a very large pool of balls in there.  Jay and Kay loves to swim inside this pool of balls.

IMG_5662.jpg

Look at them laughing makes you smiles.

IMG_5626.jpg

The slides are not too high, and not dangerous at all.  That is why Jay is dare to go up and play.  So as the young one.

IMG_5645.JPG

There is also a trampoline area where you can jump up and down.  Quite big.  And kids love to have fun there.

IMG_5675.jpg

Kay motor skill is very good.  And he is very daring.

IMG_5680.jpg

And he is too fast, before mommy can catch him, he is already down at the bottom of the slide.

IMG_5638.JPG

For weekends, no where to go?  Let's try this place.

Paper Planes

Date: April 8, 2011

Where is a good place to fly a paper airplane?

IMG_0732.jpg

Behind Lorna Whiston Pre-School, there was this place also behind the Hort Park, where all the married couple took their wedding photos, a big piece of grass land...

IMG_0734.jpg

Look at me mommy!!! Two planes fly at one time...

IMG_0736.jpg

Kay Kay is also enjoying the paper planes....

IMG_0738.jpg

Although he does not really know how to fly it...

IMG_0740.jpg

One more tip, since you plan for flying the paper plane, so, don't forget to let your kid to wear Airplane t-shirt... (Jay does not have one)... Look at Kay, wearing the airplane t-shirt having fun with the paper plane...
