This is dried fish maw. (from a small fish).
It is from Bangkok Thailand.
It is delicious. You can soak it in water for 10-20 minutes, and then, use it in salad.
You can put some into your instant noodle.
You can put some into your curry fish head.
You can put some under the fish when you steam the fish.
You can put this into any soup.
I got this from Or Tor Kor Market.
Or Tor Kor Market is a very nice market that you can buy a lot of thing here, such as Fish Maw, Mangoes, etc etc.
It is just beside Chatuchak!
It ls a market. Very clean.
Easiest way to get there is by MRT.
Go towards Bang Sue direction.
Stop at Kamphaeng Phet station.
Take Exit 3 to Marketing Organization for Farmers.
When you come out from the station, the Or Tor Kor market is just on the left hand side of this view.
Then, you walk straight inside. Until 1/4 distance from the other end. The store is on your left.
This is the store.
This is the old lady that sell the Fish Maw.
I bought 1KG of it. It is big but can bring on board even Tiger Airlines.
Very good quality of fish maw.
Last trip I think about 2 months ago, I went with Hock Koon to get the Fish Maw too.
So happy.
