This year, just for the fun, I went to buy some casino "toy" accessories. These are the chips Set. About $6,925 of face value, 600 chips. There are many ways you can play this. For example, you can divide it by 10. So that a $10 chip is actually a $1 real value. It should be very fun!
New Year is about "Be Happy!". You do what you like to do, and be happy. So, besides the chips. I also bought a card shuffler. A Big-Small automatic dicer. A card dispenser. 12 decks of new cards. This CNY "fake casino" going to be fun indeed. HaHaHaHa
And of course, the table mat. I got one for Texas Hold'em. One for the Black Jack with Big-Small behind. And One for the Baccarat. OK. I am very happy now. As every thing looks very "professionally fake". HaHaHaHaHa
The theme has been set. Now, we need to prepare some good food and wines. The New Zealand Pinot Gris is quite OK, and the French Sauvignon is surprising quite aromatic and lemony citrus. Of course, plus some other reds..
The Hubert Butchery surprisingly ran out of the Steaks that I want. So, I only managed to get some Pork Ribs for the Bah Kut The. And the Pork happens to be a Belgium Ribs. Cool. I never cooked a Belgium Pork before, this shall be the first. The Steaks is from Culina.
The food should be enough. :) Got Fried Mee Hoon, Bak Kut Teh, Salted ToFu, Chicken, Fried Rice, Fruits, etc.
As usual, the standard Ken's beef offering.
Due to popular demands, I have to cooked 3 pieces. And So sorry, they are few people did not manage to eat it as they are late. hahaha
Let the game begins. So, on that day, the biggest cards for me is this. Which is 7-times. This is the first time in my whole life I got this 21.
And at the end of the game, I got this.
Of course, the makan session, also started with Yu Sheng.
Of course. 4 People celebrating the birthday this period.
These are the wines we had that night. Not too bad.
Final thoughts… The casino chips looks nice, but will limit the betting and hence limit the damage. So, we end up did not use the chips. We never play Big-Small. We never use the Shuffler too. HaHaHaHa Happy CNY!
