Fu Chow Red Wine in the Make

Date:  May 7, 2012

The weather is just nice, not too hot.  It shower in the afternoon.  So, it's going to be a great day to make Fu Chow red wine.

This time, we have our Fu Chow boy doing the hard work for us.

These are the ingredients.  Sticky rice, sweet FuChow wine biscuit (in powder form), red yeast (in powder form).

Layer by layer, you plaace the cold sticky rice, the red yeast powder, and the FuChow wine biscuit powder.

It's quite easy.  All you need, is a passion heart, and a clean hand, and a nice weather.

OK.  I did few of these big bottles.  And it is all ready for fermentation stage.  It usually will takes 30-45 days to produce the red wine.  Let's cross our fingers that this batch of red wine will be the finest!  See you (red wine) in 40 days!  Of course, every few days, don't forget to stir it.
